Refund Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Crystals and minerals are ineligible for returns or exchanges. (Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on items damaged in transit)  We offer shop credit only. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with tags and accompanying receipt or proof of payment, if applicable. Returns made without a valid sales receipt will be accepted at the shop’s discretion.

We make every attempt to accurately photograph describe crystals offered for sale on our website. However if you are feel we didn’t represent the item correctly, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we may work together toward a resolution.

To return items by mail, please package carefully and mail to the address below. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
