Graveyard Point Plume Agate

Graveyard Point Plume Agate is a well-known seam agate found in far eastern Oregon. The area is only seven miles from Homedale, Idaho and just two miles across the Idaho-Oregon border. Agate enthusiasts have collected here for over 40 years and still do. 

Plume Agate contain three-dimensional inclusions that resemble feathers, flowers, or flames. They are usually much thicker than the two-dimensional dendrite inclusions and thicker than Moss Agate inclusions.

This piece is polished on one side, and remains rough on the rest. Measures approx 3”x 2” x 1.5” and weighs 230g/8.1oz
