All orders over $99 ship FREE to US addresses!
We strive to process within 3 business days of receipt, but please allow an additional 2 days for delivery to the carrier. We generally ship twice weekly, and only once during weeks where there is an observed holiday.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight of items in your cart. We ship packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and UPS Ground. Applicable options will display during the checkout process. ***Packages sent Priority Mail include up to $50 insurance coverage. Should you need more coverage, please let us know in advance. Extra insurance coverage is available at an additional cost.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight of items and destination and covers shipment cost only. We are required to accurately complete customs declarations for every international package, and we will not falsify these documents. You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees your country may impose.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes your phone number before submitting your order. If your item is returned to us we will ship again, however any subsequent shipping charges are your responsibility.
Once USPS or UPS has taken receipt of your package, Mountain Hollow is not liable for any shipping delays or products damaged or lost in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We suggest you take pictures of the box before and after opening it, and additional photos of any item that was damaged as a result. These pictures likely will be needed for you to file an insurance claim.
